Job Description

Were looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our national sales team someone who thrives on engaging with potential customers uncovering needs and matching them with the right solutions.

As an SDR at Hub youll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and actively prospect new opportunities. Youll qualify leads schedule tours and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process and in some cases even close the deal yourself. Youll work closely with our Sales Leads and Managers and play a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving company growth targets.

If youre confident on the phone curious by nature and passionate about connecting people with premium workspaces that help them do their best workthis could be the perfect role for you.

What your daytoday will look like (but not limited to!):

  • Act as the first touchpoint for new leads quickly qualifying and determining the best next steps.
  • Schedule and coordinate tours for qualified leads ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Manage and close deals across your own dedicated product range including proposal followups and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain an active wellorganised sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate new leads via calls emails and social platforms.
  • Keep CRM records uptodate with accurate lead tracking and timely reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers becoming a trusted voice throughout their sales journey.

Qualifications :

Were Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 12 years of experience in B2B sales ideally phonebased or in a lead development role.
  • Communicates clearly confidently and can build rapport fastespecially over the phone.
  • Brings strong customer service instincts and a problemsolving mindset.
  • Can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Understands sales processes qualification frameworks and how to keep a pipeline healthy.
  • Has handson experience using CRM systems to manage leads and forecast effectively.
  • Is resilient curious and excited by the opportunity to grow within a highperforming sales team.
