Your Career
AI and automation are key enablers for Palo Alto Networks to grow at the scale and speed necessary to support our cybersecurity customers. As the Principal Product Manager Enterprise AI Solutions you will be at the forefront of identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision strategies and roadmaps to help us imagine what the enterprise of the future looks like and then get it done. You will work across multiple aspects of our enterprise partnering with relevant business teams and crossfunctional teams of engineers designers and data scientists to achieve a bold vision for AIdriven transformation. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing pathbreaking solutions that not only enhance productivity but also fundamentally reimagine how our enterprise functions (such as marketing sales HR legal customer support product etc.) operate and deliver value in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid. Your products will improve the effectiveness of Palo Alto Networks operations and the experience of our employees engaging with these transformed functions.
Your Impact
Drive AIFirst Vision & Strategy: Identify significant opportunities for AIdriven transformation; develop champion and inspire others with a bold AIfirst product vision and strategic roadmap for transforming core enterprise functions ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
UserCentric Product Development: Cultivate deep customer empathy (internal business units and employees) to collaboratively gather and translate complex needs into robust problem statements clear feature requirements and intuitive UI flows/wireframes for AI solutions.
DataDriven & OutcomeFocused Execution: Champion an outcomedriven approach by defining clear success criteria metrics and dashboards; incorporate data research and analysis of complex largescale datasets to inform product strategies guide prioritization and make decisions.
Full Lifecycle & CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead the endtoend product lifecycle for Enterprise AI solutions from ideation and productization to launch and iteration by directing and motivating crossfunctional teams through influence coordinating resources and guiding them through key milestones to deliver highquality pathbreaking solutions efficiently.
AI/ML Expertise & Application: Apply deep expertise in AI automation LLMs and Generative AI to identify the right technologies for impactful use cases maximizing the transformative potential within enterprise functions.
Culture of Innovation & Learning: Foster a culture of rapid iteration experimentation and continuous learning; maintain a strong curiosity regarding the evolving AI/ML landscape proactively integrating customer feedback and identifying new technologies to drive ongoing enterprise transformation.
- Stakeholder Communication & Influence: Excel in communication by delivering impactful technical presentations and authoring documents with extreme clarity to articulate product strategy value progress and insights to diverse audiences including executive leadership business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Minimum 10 years of product management experience with a significant 35 years of domainspecific experience launching and scaling AI/ML/Generative AI solutions that have demonstrably transformed enterprise functions (e.g. marketing sales HR legal customer support product).
Proven success in managing the entire lifecycle of AIpowered products including ideation incorporating user feedback into requirements driving prioritization and leading pre/postlaunch execution with measurable impact.
Demonstrated strategic mindset with experience defining and executing innovative product strategies for enterprisegrade AI solutions and aligning them with broader business objectives.
Strong technical background in AI/ML wellversed in LLMs Generative AI concepts and their practical application to solve complex enterprise challenges and drive automation.
Extensive experience working in a fastpaced technical environment leading broad crossfunctional teams to define product vision crystalize requirements and guide projects through key milestones.
Handson experience with UI/UX design principles and a track record of developing intuitive user flows and wireframes for enterprise applications coupled with a strong sense of customer empathy.
Exceptional ability to manage ambiguity and unpredictability inherent in the AI/ML domain demonstrating enthusiasm adaptability and resilience in a constantly evolving fluid environment.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with proven experience using largescale data sets to inform decisions drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations authoring clear and concise documentation and effectively engaging with both technical and nontechnical audiences at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive teamoriented individual with a cando attitude and a strong curiosity that fuels continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI and enterprise technology landscape.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 $0/YR.
