Job Description

Reports to: District Sales Manager
Location: Central/South Taiwan

Primary Function/Objective:
Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and services. Develop technical and selling skills to meet customers needs and identify additional business opportunities while sustaining existing ones.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Territory/Market Potential: Track sales and status reports; develop and execute sales plans once forecasts are approved.
  • Implement Product Sales Strategies: Ensure sales goals are achieved through customer contact.
  • Establish Customer Relationships: Maintain positive business relationships; actively collect and feedback market intelligence to management.
  • Professional Conduct: Execute all territory activities with professionalism complying with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Professional Competencies: Adopt product disease and market knowledge; detail professional knowledge and competitiveness.
  • Professional Skills: Convince through valid customer segmentation and handle key issues with effective selling skills. Use Challenger skills to manage customer opinions and conflicts.
  • Customer Management: Build longterm positive customer relationships manage relationships with stakeholders and opinion leaders.
  • SFE & Action Plan: Plan and execute a 90day territory management plan; manage resources accurately.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialty experience is preferred.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with peers and crossfunctional partners.
  • Motivational and influential abilities even without direct authority.
  • Professional knowledge and agility to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making highquality decisions with incomplete information.
  • Leadership skills in challenging situations; embrace and manage innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
