Job Description
Our client a leading force in the global supply chain sector is renowned for its commitment to sustainability and reliability with operations spanning the globe is looking for an experienced LTL Manager to drive the success of its partload and crossdock operations.

This role places you at the center of our operations where youll manage and optimize freight to ensure toptier service delivery to our international clientele.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate LTL shipments across Europe ensuring optimal load consolidation and timely deliveries
- Develop and lead longterm planning around freight volumes resource allocation and carrier capacity to meet dynamic market demands
- Optimize the LTL product portfolio identifying new revenue opportunities service enhancements and margin improvements
- Oversee crossdock processes to streamline handling and reduce inefficiencies
- Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to improve performance and profitability and ensure alignment with strategic SLAs and market positioning.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously finetune processes to meet service and cost goals
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Promote regulatory compliance and sustainability ensuring high standards in safety reporting and emissions optimization
Requirements
- 5 years in LTL operations ideally in European road freight
- Solid understanding of trailer flows crossdock logistics and customer service standards
- Strong communication skills a handson leadership style and the ability to make datadriven decisions
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
