Were looking for an AI & RPA Specialist to supercharge their automation capabilities across CRM and beyond. This hybrid role combines the structure and precision of Robotic Process Automation with the intelligence and adaptability of AI turning manual workflows into seamless smart systems that drive scale speed and creativity. Youll be the goto person for identifying automation opportunities designing scalable solutions and helping our teams unlock more time for impact.
Tasks
- Identify and lead automation initiatives across CRM and adjacent business areas.
- Design develop and deploy RPA workflows using tools like UiPath Blue Prism or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g. LLMs and ML models) into workflows to enhance decisionmaking and automation logic.
- Partner with CRM Product Data and Tech teams to assess current processes and reimagine them with automation in mind.
- Serve as a strategic enabler for scaling personalization segmentation and realtime campaign logic.
- Ensure that all automation is reliable secure and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Document automation processes train relevant users and contribute to building a center of excellence in intelligent automation.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends in AI and automation bringing ideas that can create real impact.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Software Development or similar education
- Proven experience in RPA and/or AI solution development ideally in a marketing CRM or datarich environment.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere) and AI tools (e.g. OpenAI Google Cloud AI Azure ML).
- Strong understanding of process optimization automation frameworks and how AI can augment workflows.
- A strategic systemsthinking mindset with a passion for simplification and scale.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsand explain those clearly across teams.
- Selfstarter mentality with curiosity and drive to test learn and push whats possible.
- Experience in online gambling ecommerce or another fastpaced regulated environment is a plus.
