Position: Executive Personal Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills along with the ability to anticipate the needs of our executives and handle confidential information with discretion. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive teams calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for the executives screening and prioritizing phone calls emails and other correspondence
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings including agendas presentations and meeting minutes
Maintain confidential files and records for the executives
Handle personal tasks and errands for the executives such as booking personal appointments and managing household tasks
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and polished demeanor
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
