Were seeking talented individuals for both permanent and fixed term contracts to join our talented and collaborative team in London and provide exceptional administrative support.
The Role: As an Executive Assistant you will be instrumental in providing top-tier Partner and Stakeholder support across a wide range of responsibilities. This role requires a blend of dynamism professionalism and confidence as youll be an integral member of the team and will be responsible for gaining trust and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Support: Efficiently manage inboxes travel arranging diaries and priorities acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact.
Administrative Excellence: Draft high-quality correspondence manage meetings and oversee document and matter management.
Financial Oversight: Handle billing cycles manage WIP updates and collaborate with the Billing team for effective financial management.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Extensive Executive Assistant experience in either the Legal Profession and financial Services.
Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills strong organisational capabilities excellent time management and a thorough understanding of professional confidentiality.
Attributes: Confident adaptable and a strong communicator with the ability to anticipate issues and provide innovative solutions.
Education & Experience: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English grade A-C (4-9)
