Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in B2B sales ideally within a shared services or outsourcing firm. The role involves owning the business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure while working closely with our leadership team to align sales strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business development plan focused on global growth.
    • Generate leads through Upwork LinkedIn email outreach and referrals.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
    • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand needs and pitch tailored solutions.
    • Develop proposals close deals and manage contracts.
    • Strengthen relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Track sales metrics and contribute to business growth initiatives.
    • Create and implement sales forecasts pipelines to ensure consistent performance measurement and reporting to the CEO.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and service delivery teams to align business development efforts with brand positioning.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in B2B business development preferably in outsourcing shared services environments.
    • Strong understanding of HR services and the consulting business model (a plus).
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

    • Proactive adaptable and highly organized.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
