The Channel Alliances Director role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale strategic partnerships that enhance brand performance drive commercial excellence and strengthen Pfizers position as a trusted leader in science and innovation. This role is critical in aligning partnership strategy with brand objectives optimizing gotomarket models and unlocking new value channels to support Pfizers ambition of being the most impactful and trusted name in healthcare marketing.

This is a role within the Primary Care Business Unit reporting into the Sr. Director of Primary Care Partnerships where responsibilities include forging negotiating and managing partnerships across channel stakeholders and generating insights for brand partners.

What You Will Achieve

The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing is a strategic thinker and selfstarter who thrives in dynamic environments demonstrates strong project management capabilities and can effectively translate complex initiatives into clear actionable plans. This individual should also be skilled at influencing and collaborating across crossfunctional teams and external partners and is comfortable engaging with senior leadership to align on goals navigate ambiguity and drive successful execution of joint initiatives.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Develop channelspecific strategies detailing Pfizers channel specific value proposition and strategies for engagement and partnership informed by qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Identify develop and close 3rd partner partnerships that drive mutual value creation.

  • Cocreate innovative solutions with partners to address channel painpoints bringing Pfizer value proposition to channel partners.

  • Cultivate and foster strong external partner relationships with high potential innovation partners identifying opportunities that the value creation could not be achieved apart.

  • Provide perspective on future of Pharma as a thought leader on specific channels informing the innovation agenda.

  • Be the single point of contact to manage the longterm relationship with established partners/customers to drive success and scale and ensure partnership success.

  • Qualify and manage relationships with new partners interested in working with Pfizer from the health technology space bringing those partnership to execution and scale.

  • Maintain network of strong external relationships with high potential innovation partners identifying opportunities that the value creation could not be achieved apart.

  • Partner with team to engage strategically and collaboratively within a matrix organization of internal stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with brands media market access etc. toincorporate insights from partners that might influencethe strategy across Primary Care brands.

  • Be a champion for different ways of workingandcreate an environment that fosters creativity.

  • Act asa key enablerin building a strong culture anddriving the Primary Care agenda.

  • Exhibits a keen sense of initiative and passion for the role

Qualifications

MustHave

  • BS/BA degree required with 8 years experience.

  • Proven marketing experience with a track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving brand growth in dynamic fastpaced environments.

  • Proven track record of scaling new business models within the innovation healthcare ecosystem and of managing complex projects and delivering against revenue goals.

  • Ability to build close relationships with ecosystem leaders that drive innovative partnership opportunities.

  • Strategic thinking ability to translate top level goals into actionable strategy and business cases.

  • Collaboration and Partnership skills with high emotional intelligence in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Executive Presence in working with senior leadership on highly visible partnerships.

  • Highly skilled at written and oral communications and excellent customer relationship management skills.

  • Role model for the PFE Values (Courage Excellence Equity Joy).

NicetoHave

  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA PhD or MPH).

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical brand teams.

  • Flexibility to work with US timezone on regular basis.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization gaining.
