Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Agent. In this dynamic role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues and ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and product performance.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and customer service software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
