Swiftcom Tech is hiring customer sales representatives for our US-based voice process. This is a great opportunity for HSC pass/graduates.

- Shift: 8:00 pm - 5:30 am Night US Process
* Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely
- Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction
* Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)
- Customer-first approach and professional behavior
