Job Description

North America Stores Marketing helps customers discover and engage with new popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology science innovation marketing and creativity to build new customerfacing features and experiences alongside advanced tools for marketers.

As part of North America Stores Marketing Amazon Handmade is a gated 3Ponly program that requires all sellers to apply and receive approval to list in our store. Our Handmade criteria is defined as items that are handmade handdesigned handaltered repurposed or upcycled. Our Handmade vision is to be the favorite place to buy and sell unique special products creating meaningful shopping experiences backed by the trust and convenience of Amazon.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join the Handmade team. In this role you will be responsible for managing key parts of our seller operations. Youll own the strategy and execution of programs and processes that attract enable and retain artisan sellers while maintaining our marketplaces quality and authenticity standards. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across Amazon including Seller Support Finance and Customer Insights to deliver barraising seller experiences to make Handmade a compelling program and collaborative community of makers.

Key job responsibilities
Own Handmades seller application experience optimizing strategy/criteria for both quality and efficiency
Own key metrics including application volume approval rates and timetolist translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Drive operational excellence in seller screening and audit processes
Lead endtoend development and launch of new seller benefits including fee structure program access and promotional tools
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency
Design and execute seller research to identify needs and validate proposed solutions

2 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with onsite marketing lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Bachelors degree

Experience leading crossfunctional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
Track record of launching successful sellerfocused programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
