At Mewssales success is built on execution discipline and adaptability. Heres what a productive week might look like:

  • Owning your pipeline at least50% of your closed dealswill originate from outbound efforts.
  • Hosting 2 highimpact demos per day positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers.
  • Managing a pipelineto consistently close350k ARR per year with deals averaging5000in value.
  • Making 100 outbound activities per week sparking conversations qualifying prospects and generating momentum.
  • Executing accountbased sales strategies usingstorytelling and valuedriven sellingto move deals forward.
  • Influencing multiple buyer personas from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders tailoring your messaging to each.
  • Proactively iterating on your sales strategy usingdata insights to refine your outreach and positioning.
  • Delivering impact under pressureMews moves fast and so should you.

Who YouAre

Youll be a great fit if you:

  • Have aproven track record of exceeding 250k ARR quotas with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
  • Haveconsistently closed deals averaging 5000 in value in amultistep but fastpaced sales cycle.
  • Canengage influence and close multistakeholder deals tailoring your approach to different personas.
  • Arefluent in English and Italian
  • Are comfortable withdatadriven sales execution leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
  • Arenaturally curious and adaptable with astrong problemsolving mindset.
  • Thrive in anentrepreneurial highvelocity sales environment where ambiguity is an opportunity not a blocker.
