Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad and varied caseload of property litigation matters from landlord/tenant disputes to complex commercial property issues.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients ensuring the best outcomes.
- Draft review and negotiate key legal documents related to property disputes.
- Conduct indepth legal research and due diligence to support your cases.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve successful outcomes in challenging cases.

- Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE specialising in property litigation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex highvalue property cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach.
