Job Description
- Independent administrative management of the national and international IP portfolio (patents utility models designs and trademarks)
- Supporting the internal patent coordinator
- Maintaining and managing intellectual property files in IP management software
- Corresponding with external patent law firms and if applicable authorities
- Supporting the determination of inventor remuneration
- Preparation of reports and overviews for management
- Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the OESL
- Respects Internal Regulations and companys procedures and fosters execution discipline of such

Qualifications :
- Completed training as a patent attorney assistant or comparable qualification in the field of IP management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position ideally in an industrial company
- Confident use of IP management software (e.g. Genese PatOrg DIAMS IP Now or similar)
- Project & process experience
- Business-driven problem-solving skills
- Independent structured and reliable working style
- Exposure to international work content in previous roles
- Intercultural competence
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Intellectual property administration knowledge
- German and English skills with emphasis on IP terminology
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- MS Office skills
