Job Description

Youll be joining and support a passionate team. This experience will enable you to discover all aspects of the Human Resources Management.

As a Junior HR Advisor you will be the first point of contact for the employees managers and stakeholders.

We offer you a highly formative experience with significant responsibilities and a wide variety of tasks:

  • Recruitment: supports on job requisition and apprentice/trainees recruitment
  • Onboarding and offboarding: prepares the offer letter collects new joiner data prepares the welcome kit supports the local onboarding session trial period follows up prepares exist documents)
  • Personal administration: prepares the contracts addendums various certificates occupational medicine employee subscriptions to health insurance updates the files accomplish the local administrative formalities)
  • HRIS: updates the datas and check accuracy in our HRIS systems (Workday SAP) and supports the managers with the tools
  • Payroll: collects variable elements for the HR Specialist orders meal vouchers follow up of sick leaves transports
  • HR support: drafts and updates the knowledge articles for employees drafts HR procedures translation of documents payment of invoices

What we are looking for:

  • Bac 5 degree you have a strong experience of at least 2 years in a similar position; having worked in a fastmoving environment is a strong plus
  • You have an analytical mind; youre determined and persevering and you have the energy to accompany the delivering whats next for the company and you are highly collaborative with the team and stakeholders.
  • You want to learn and progress while having responsibilities can work on several projects at the same time.
  • You excel at creating trust and developing strong working relationships at all levels of an organization and demonstrate excellent writing and conversational communications skills in both French and English. You are comfortable using Excel.
