Job Description
Our Sale Campaign Planning & Execution Team is responsible for planning coordinating and executing all national and international sale campaigns for the ABOUT YOU online shop. In our crossfunctional projects they collaborate with internal stakeholders from over 20 different teams. They manage stakeholders oversee projects and always keep the big picture in mind. The goal: to design campaigns that are as innovative efficient and flexible as possible actively contributing to the growth of ABOUT YOU.
As a Junior Campaign Manager (m/f/d) you will quickly take on responsibility for the endtoend organization and execution of various sale and loyalty campaigns from the initial concept through to implementation and final analysis.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and creative planning conception and execution of national and international sale and loyalty campaigns
- Independent campaign management aligned with defined performance targets
- Crossfunctional stakeholder management and close collaboration with internal teams
- Development of campaign messaging and design in cooperation with the design team
- Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to evaluate and optimize campaigns followed by performance analyses and the derivation of concrete action recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Confident use of MS Office especially Excel
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Strong communication skills assertiveness and a pronounced handson mentality
- Initial practical experience in marketing or project management is an advantage
