This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic ECM/M&A team handling a mix of equity capital markets mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in corporate law including capital markets M&A or listed company advisory work. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential alongside exceptional drafting skills commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented associate who can work both independently and as part of a high-performing team. The successful candidate will benefit from working closely with seasoned partners including a well-regarded practitioner with extensive experience in ECM joint ventures and cross-border M&A across industries such as financial services technology and energy.
