Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope time cost and quality
- Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients specifications
- Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
- Coordinate the integration of Civil Architectural and M&E works on site with clients consultations and subcontractors
- Plan develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress delays defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
- Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors sub-contractors and clerk-of-works
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Min. 5 yrs of utilities coordination and management in Singapore Building projects
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Must have experience in construction industry
