The firm serves prominent clients across diverse industries specializing in general and complex litigation employment law trust & estates and insurance recovery. Job Summary:
Lead and manage highvalue litigation matters for major clients leveraging a substantial book of business. Collaborate with firm resources to develop and expand your practice within a flexible growthoriented litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation cases across multiple industries ensuring highquality hourlybilled client service
- Utilize and expand an existing book of business exceeding $800K
- Collaborate effectively with associates paralegals and support staff to maximize client outcomes and business growth
- Focus on general and complex litigation with the flexibility to develop niche practice areas beyond insurance defense
- Maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum $800K portable book of business with hourly billing
- Extensive litigation experience excluding insurance defense
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently while leveraging firm support
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
Salary Range:
- Base salary ranging from $264000 to $495000 depending on book of business ($800K$1.5M)
- Additional compensation includes 33% of collections and monthly bonus payouts
- Total annual compensation typically ranges from $530000 to $990000 with higher earnings potential for books exceeding $1.5M
