Our client a well-established Boston-based law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its dynamic litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4 7 years of experience in business litigation with strong research and writing capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters involving complex litigation white collar defense and commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle all phases of litigation from investigation and pleadings through discovery motion practice and trial preparation

Conduct legal research draft memoranda motions pleadings and briefs

Participate in court proceedings and client meetings

Support partners and senior attorneys in managing litigation strategies

Maintain detailed and organized case files using litigation support and database tools

Ensure high standards of professional responsibility client service and confidentiality

J.D. from an accredited law school
-
4 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable legal setting

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (required)

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Experience with litigation support software and legal database tools strongly preferred

Background or interest in white collar defense is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
