Your future team
As an HR Trainee you will be a part of the recruitment team of 5 who successfully recruit professionals for different areas and functions within ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center.
HR Team in ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center is responsible for recruitment as well as HR Admin processes for the employees on site in Poznan. The local HR team consists of 14 people including 5 in the recruitment subteam.

What you bring
We are looking for a student with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn about recruitment and the job market.
Our ideal candidate:
Is in 3th or 4th year of university
Is available to work at least 2630 hours per week
Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Is proficient in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
Handles sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
Is motivated independent and resultsoriented
Has a consultative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
