Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong background in manpower planning outsourcing and comprehensive knowledge of Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa and GOSI and other relevant portals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and supporting the company s workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Outsourcing
- Support manpower planning by maintaining up-to-date workforce data and analyzing staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with outsourcing vendors for recruitment onboarding and offboarding of outsourced staff.
- Ensure all manpower and outsourcing processes comply with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
Government Platforms Administration
- Manage employee records and transactions on government platforms such as Qiwa GOSI Muqeem and other relevant portals.
- Process work permits visas Iqama renewals and other related governmental procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations affecting HR operations and ensure company compliance.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records for all employees including outsourced staff.
- Support payroll benefits administration and employee status changes as required.
- Assist in audits and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to government services documentation and HR processes.
- Provide guidance to staff and management on HR policies procedures and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations manpower planning or outsourcing
- Strong hands-on experience with Qiwa GOSI Muqeem and related government portals.
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational communication1 and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
