We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join Kreya a leading staffing and recruiting company based in Navi Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet our companys staffing needs. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role is vital in helping Kreya build a talented workforce and drive organizational success through effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
