Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. FrontEnd Email Development
Build responsive email templates using handcoded HTML and CSS.
Troubleshoot rendering issues across major email clients and devices.
Customize and adapt existing email templates.
Implement modular email design using SFMC Content Builder.
2. SFMC Platform Expertise
Create and manage content blocks and templates in Content Builder.
Implement AMPscript to personalize content using Data Extensions and journey data.
Build and maintain standard/sendable Data Extensions; handle interDE logic.
Understand and support email behavior within Journey Builder workflows.
(Preferred) Manage automations in Automation Studio for data handling and cleanup.
3. Personalization & Data Logic
Implement complex AMPscriptdriven personalization logic.
Use recipient engagement data (e.g. opens clicks) to modify future email content.
Design and query lookup tables to support dynamic content rendering.
Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to segment and join data for campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with crossfunctional and offshore teams (e.g. Manila Bogota).
Communicate technical requirements and decisions to nontechnical stakeholders.
Rapidly onboard and contribute to ongoing or nearcomplete projects.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven expertise in HTML/CSS for responsive email development.
Strong command of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Content Builder AMPscript Data Extensions.
Working knowledge of Journey Builder; Automation Studio experience is a plus.
Proficient in writing and debugging SQL queries within SFMC.
Deep understanding of data flows dynamic content rendering and personalization strategies.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Must be available to work night shifts and start in May 2025.
