About Clients and Markets

The Clients and Markets team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firms go to market strategy and enhance market presence. They specialise in crafting and implementing innovative campaigns that highlight the firms unique value propositions ensuring robust engagement with target audiences. By analysing market trends and client feedback the team positions the firm advantageously within competitive landscapes. They collaborate closely with partners equipping them with the insights and tools necessary to strengthen client relationships and optimise engagement strategies. Ultimately this team acts as a catalyst for growth driving success through exceptional client experiences and strategic market positioning.

About the Role

You will be an integral part of our marketing team working closely with the Thought Leadership and Content Lead to implement content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Your impact will be seen by:

  • Write edit and proofread a variety of content types such as such as long-form content blogs videos (scripting) social media whitepapers infographics event collateral and website content

  • Craft digital marketing and social media content for organic paid and corporate social media accounts

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation drafts and optimisation while ensuring a high-quality human touch

  • Work with other channel experts in the marketing team to amplify each content pieces reach and performance

  • Maintain existing marketing channels (e.g. web) by updating content to align with global messaging content updates business goals and industry trends where necessary

  • Adapting global content to resonate with Australian audiences while adhering to local go to marketing plans

  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice style and messaging guidelines

  • Help manage the editorial calendar ensuring timely delivery of content projects

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications PR or a related field

  • 3 years experience in content writing experience in professional services would be helpful but it is not essential

  • Understand the role of content in achieving business objectives and leading to measurable outcomes such as increased engagement brand recognition or lead generation

  • Organised and deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Analytical skills to interpret content performance data and recommend improvements

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
