Job Description

Our Client
Our client a property development company seeks to employ a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company s growth objectives in property development.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to refine and implement market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team setting targets and KPIs to optimize performance and foster a resultsoriented culture.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team s product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients handling negotiations conflict resolution and feedback.
  • Develop partnerships and networks to generate leads and establish a positive brand presence.
  • Set monitor and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets driving the team to exceed goals.
  • Oversee the development of pricing strategies and proposals that maximize revenue while staying competitive.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance providing insights to optimize strategies and improve team productivity.
  • Stay informed about industry developments product offerings and market shifts within property development.
  • Ensure the sales team has uptodate information on products and services to communicate value effectively to clients.
  • Implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities forecast data and market feedback to the Head of Sales and Marketing.





Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the property development or real estate industry with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
