Were Hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist Focused on European Markets
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Join our international marketing team and help us connect with toptier decisionmakers across Europe.
Are you a handson digital marketer passionate about executing impactful campaigns that drive awareness and generate quality leads Were looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our international marketing team activities focused on European markets.
In this role youll play a key part in bringing our strategy to lifeworking closely with both marketing and business teams to engage senior decisionmakers across industries.
Your Audience
Youll help us reach:
- CXOs at large enterprises across Europe
- Sales marketing and business development professionals from technology companies of all sizes
What Youll Do
- Execute campaigns across paid and organic channels especially LinkedIn Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Plan and send email campaigns in close coordination with the team (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to align goals and content
- Support content creation with basic design tasks (experience with design tools is a bonus)
- Track and optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs
- Understand and apply lead funnel logic MQLs to SQLs and how to nurture leads through it
Youll Succeed in This Role If You...
- Have 13 years of handson experience in growth or performance marketing
- Know how to work independently on campaign execution while collaborating in a team
- Understand how to tailor messaging for senior B2B audiences
- Are datadriven and resultsoriented with strong attention to detail
- Can handle multiple projects in a fastmoving international environment

- Consistent delivery of welltargeted highperforming marketing activities
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture highquality leads for sales
- Clear timely reporting and insight sharing from campaigns
