Job Responsibilities
Content Operations Management:
- Oversee all the marketing operations in Thailand including website content and social media accounts.
- Plan translate edit and publish high-quality content (articles blogs videos social media posts etc.).
- Schedule and publish content on the website and social media platforms ensuring timely and engaging updates.
- Coordinate with the group headquarters to ensure the provided materials aligns with local market needs and company goals.
- Localise and optimise content for SEO readability and engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across websites social media email newsletters and other digital channels.
- Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics SEO tools etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends audience preferences and content marketing best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage external content contributors freelancers or agencies as needed.
Market Alignment & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a localized business plan that aligns with the companys global vision while catering to Thailands market conditions customer preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities ensuring competitive positioning in the financial and investment space.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and media engagements in Thailand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services sector or relevant experience
- Excellent understanding of financial markets (Stocks Forex ETFs)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including social media email marketing and content marketing.

- Influencer marketing experience and industry knowledge are the keys in order to develop localized business plan.
