We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth expand market presence and manage distributor and retail relationships in the assigned territory. This role is key to achieving our revenue goals and strengthening our brands across the region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor and trade management.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners.
- Set monthly targets for the sales team and ensure timely achievement through field supervision.
- Lead train and motivate a team of Territory Sales Representatives.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Implement instore visibility plans and trade promotions in coordination with Marketing.
- Ensure credit control and compliance with company policies across the region.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 2 years in a regional management role.
Proven track record in managing distributors and leading sales teams.
Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
