A bit about the job:
Were looking for someone to lead Finances business readiness for a major transformation project. This programme is simplifying how we work and improving customer experiences across our UK Insurance Wealth & Retirement business. Youll help our Finance teams prepare for and embed these changes working across areas like actuarial tax data and payments. Your role will be to keep things running smoothly while we evolve. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the team through transitional periods maintaining operational stability and driving project success.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Extensive experiencein leading largescale projects and business readiness activities Experience in a senior management role preferably within finance teams in financial service organizations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills adept at guiding teams through change and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Problemsolving aptitude and ability to adapt to evolving situations.
Knowledge of project management framework methodologies and tools.
