Job Description

The Vice President - Client Growth and Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving client success by designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhancecustomer acquisitionand retention for our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry and the ability to foster strongclient relationshipswhile delivering project outcomes.

This role is required to operate out of our South Charlotte NC office OR NYC office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday in office).

What Youll Do:

1.Client Engagementand Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drivecustomer acquisitionand retention.

2. Strategic Planning andSolution Development:

  • Utilizing client and market data lead the development of comprehensive strategies to enhancecustomer acquisitionand retention utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the pricing of the solution for long-term implementation.

3.Project Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage resources timelines and expectations effectively.

4. Market Expertise:

  • Conductmarket researchand analysis to stay up to date on trends opportunities and competitive threats in the banking sector.
  • Utilize this expertise to advise both Red Ventures and clients on forward looking investments.

5.Performance Measurementand Reporting:

  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success ofcustomer acquisitionand retention initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members promoting professional growth and development.

7. Strategy Execution Partnership:

    • Collaborate closely with the implementation/delivery manager to ensure strategic plans are practical and executable.
    • Facilitate the transition fromstrategy developmentto implementation ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or strategic planning preferably within the banking orfinancial servicessector.
  • Proven track record of successful client engagements focused oncustomer acquisitionand retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strongclient relationshipsand communicating complex solutions to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams.

Compensation:

Cash Compensation Range: $220000- $280000 bonus and potential equity per year

*NYC Compensation Range: $275000 - $350000 bonus and potential equity per year
