Northern is seeking a People Analytics Partner to join our team working with key stakeholders to understand requirements and support with timely and insightful information which will help drive the right actions to support and improve business performance. In this role you will work with all People and relevant business functions to identify source maintain and report people data providing insights and actions that support day to day and strategic decision making across the employee lifecycle. You will lead and deliver a forwardthinking data and analytics strategy aligned with our People teams business goals acting as the expert on how data can drive improved business outcomes.
