Job Description
Your missions
We are seeking a proactive and solutionorientedAircraft Manager to oversee the entire production lifecycle from structural assembly through to final delivery. This role includes coordination across international teams and a strong interface between suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate is quality and deadlinefocused with a strong drive for continuous improvement in recurring production processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production activities from structural assembly to final aircraft delivery including oversight of international work packages
- Monitor and follow up on critical tasks production flows and key milestones
- Act as a key interface between suppliers and clients ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Manage and prioritize nonconformities ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements for recurring production challenges
Your profile
- Proven experience in production supervision or coordination ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing
- Strong solutionoriented mindset with a focus on quality and timely delivery
- Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline recurring production processes
- Fluency in German is mandatory
- Fulltime onsite presence required
