Your Mission:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of BioScripts competency model.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute the performance management process and programs through identification of best practices consultation with various stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and delivery of individual development planning cultural strategy and change management.
- Assists with planning and the implementation of ongoing leadership assessments succession management and competency integration initiatives.
- Facilitate sessions of key development and cultural programs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Adult Learning or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CPTD CTDP) is an asset.
- Prosci or change management certification is an asset
- 5 years experience in progressive Human Resources roles specifically in an Organizational Development capacity.
- Experience in talent management practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple highprofile initiatives and competing priorities.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills along with strong planning and organizational skills.
Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
