The Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding Montus prescriber base by developing strategic partnerships with healthcare associations advocacy groups and professional networks. The role focuses on engaging organisations that influence doctors and allied health professionals delivering unique partnership solutions that drive education prescribing and referral opportunities.
Each partnership represents a unique opportunity and requires a creative collaborative approach from developing tailored education initiatives to designing integrated referral pathways that resonate with the partners specific community of HCPs and prescribers. The Partnerships Manager is a relationshipbuilder and strategic thinker who can navigate complex stakeholder environments spot opportunities and execute innovative solutions that deliver commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience developing strategic partnerships within the Australian healthcare or healthadjacent sectors with a focus on driving influence and behavioural change among clinicians or prescribers.
- Knowledge of the Australian healthcare ecosystem ideally including knowledge of professional associations regulatory frameworks and the prescribing landscape though not limited to these areas.
- Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of successful partnerships with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as commercial return prescriber growth stakeholder engagement or ecosystem expansion.
- Datainformed approach to partnership development and evaluation using insights to guide strategy assess partner fit and measure impact over time.
- Familiarity with a range of partnership models from educationbased initiatives to referral frameworks with a test and adapt mindset tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Experienced in building credibility and trust with a range of stakeholders from clinicians and medical teams to association executives and internal leadership.
- Capable of modeling out options scenarios and impact to the business and communicating this to stakeholders.
- Able to translate strategic and high level company objectives into a detailed channel strategy using data critical thinking and creative ideas.
- Organised and methodical at planning executing and reporting on a large volume of campaigns using tools trackers and dashboards.
- Great at forming relationships with cross functional teams across the business in a remote environment.
- Comfortable navigating industry hesitation with the ability to constructively address concerns and adapt proposals including piloting scaleddown initiatives to build partner confidence.
