Overview
The MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) position for Ward and OPD is a critical role within our healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality medical care and support to patients in both inpatient and outpatient departments. The RMO will be responsible for assessing patient health coordinating treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with specialists and nursing teams for comprehensive patient care.

- Provide consultations and referrals to specialized care when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license to practice medicine.
- Internship completion in recognized healthcare facility.
- Experience in ward and outpatient management.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to handle diverse medical cases and emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
