What you will be doing
Reporting to the Director Total Rewards APJMEA you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs for DXCs 6000 Australia New Zealand and Fiji employees. You will be a key member of the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team working closely with business leaders and team members across the region to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that help DXC deliver our people programs and growth strategy.

This is a hybrid role with office locations in Macquarie Park and CBD but will also provide a flexible work environment where you can work from home 23 days per week.
