Job Description
Job Title: React Lead
Location: Berkeley Heights New Jersey (5 days onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Skills:
- Lead a team of React developers in delivering high-quality applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans.
- Own task allocation and code quality enforcement.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Drive unit testing documentation and deployment readiness.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern state management (Redux Context API Zustand).
- Solid understanding of component design lazy loading and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs WebSockets and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) CI/CD and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent leadership communication and mentorship skills.
