Are you currently studying maintenance or a similar program and looking to gain experience in the market Were looking for someone whos eager to learn. The maintenance trainee will participate in the various tasks of the maintenance departments preventive maintenance program.
We have fall internship opportunity in our hotel Alt Quebec starting this september 2025.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Responsible for the daytoday maintenance of the hotel under the direct supervision of the maintenance manager.
- Visually inspect tools equipment and machines.
- Assist with moving lifting carrying and placing of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Move up and down stairs and/or ladder.
- Other related tasks
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Currently a student in a maintenance mechanical or similar program
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in French and English both oral and written due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with Englishspeaking colleagues partners or customers across Canada.
- Organized able to work in a team environment and manage various workloads.
