Job Description
Mechanical Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Develop and implement maintenance schedule
Periodic check up of machine and jigs and fixtures predict failures.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
Repair or replace faulty mechanical components Bearings Screw rods Activators Cylinders DC valves etc
3. Installation & Commissioning:
Oversee the installation of new machinery Conveyors Screw drivers Auto gluing dispensers Scara robots Robots .
Ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g. OSHA ISO standards).
Hands on experience in Auto cad
5. Continuous Improvement:
Implement lean maintenance practices.
Suggest design improvements for better reliability and performance.
Knowledge in TPM practices
6. Team Collaboration:
Work with operations safety and engineering teams.
Lead or train maintenance technicians.
7. Cost saving:
Reduces both direct and indirect maintenance costs
Cuts storage costs and prevents unnecessary purchases
Skills Required:
Mechanical systems knowledge (hydraulics pneumatics Screw tightening ( Atlas Capco Estic Auto gluing machine Graco Leak Testing Machines Ateq Fukuda cosmo Etc )
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP ERP
