Job Description
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on production Quality and R&D equipment
- Repair various equipment types and document all work performed on our EWR System
- Perform equipment calibrations on electrical pneumatic and analytical equipment.
- Enter all equipment events into our CMMS and complete all required equipment forms.
- Equipment installations including start up and commissioning.
- Maintain Spare Parts inventory and make necessary purchases
- Work with outside service contractors and vendors for equipment service repair and contracted maintenance
- Respond to environmental and equipment alarms as needed
- Adhere to clients Code of Business Conduct.
- HS diploma with 0 yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
- Must have the ability to follow applicable Maintenance procedures and troubleshoot electrical pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
