You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPortico are on the lookout for an organised and adaptable Facilities Coordinator to join our team based at an office building in Cambridge.
The Facilities Coordinator will help the Facilities Manager by ensuring smooth daytoday operations combining facilities management and front desk reception duties as well as supervising an additional receptionist.
The successful candidate will handle duties such as maintenance scheduling vendor coordination and reacting quickly to urgent issues. At the same time they function as part of a larger team working well with staff contractors and management to maintain a safe efficient and wellfunctioning facility.
Hours: 40 hours per week with shifts from 8:0017:00 with 1 hr unpaid break MonFri.
Salary: 31600
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must be comfortable to work alone multitasking and switching direction multiple times throughout the day while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
They will have strong organisational skills problemsolving abilities and the capacity to prioritise shifting tasks.
This role requires flexibility requiring quick thinking and adaptability.
Previous experience in facilities management is preferred but not essential as well as office administration and reception experience.
An SIA license is highly desirable. However we are willing to facilitate this training for the right candidate.
