Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Cebu/ Davao/ Luzon in the role of Sales Officer.

As an Sales Officer you will be responsible for the disposal of ROPA solicitation of loan application for Personal Loan through effective and efficient management of sales channels. You will drive sales execution manage internal and external collaborations and ensure programs are aligned with operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What the role will entail

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and sales programs for ROPA disposal/ loan solicitation for Personal Loan
  • Execute sales programs within agreed timelines and performance metrics.
  • Establish agreements with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Coordinate strategic partnerships with external partners to meet business objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
  • Analyze market trends and reports to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

What were looking for

  • Graduate of any four (4)year course.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in sales and/or marketing with a background in business and industry knowledge project and program management product management business development costbenefit analysis strategy formulation budget management and data analysis including numeracy planning and forecasting.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical intuitive and strategic decisionmaking skills with the ability to anticipate outcomes.
  • Possesses excellent oral and written persuasive communication skills and a strong customercentric mindset.
  • Exhibits effective negotiation and partnershipbuilding abilities.
