Bryan Electric Inc. is a family orientated company thats been in business since 2009. During our 15 years of business we have obtained licenses in 32 states across the US. We specialize in commercial electrical construction. Our projects range from retail remodels to universities and distribution centers. We have a wide range of projects that are continuously changing as we grow as a company. We are looking for individuals that want to grow and retire with us.
What You Will be Doing:
We are in search of an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage commercial electrical projects. In this leadership position you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects ensuring that they are completed on time and under budget while maintaining high standards of safety. This position is based out of our Alpharetta GA location.
The daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overall execution of electrical commercial projects from take off to close out.
- Responsible for managing resources labor materials and equipment at the most costeffective terms
- Work with owner/general contractor to order and coordinate delivery of all owner furnished materials
- Provide supervision/coaching to project superintendent and electricians
- Manage subcontractors
- Experience with project scheduling budgeting takeoffs change orders RFIs and contracts
- Prepare and submit all required billing and closeout documents
- Ensure compliance and OSHA safety requirements
- Conduct project preconstruction meetings
- Must be able to identify scope changes and handle issues
- Effective communicator regarding projects and plan to meet project demands
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 57 years of jobrelated work experience in electrical construction.
- Strong electrical background with knowledge of electrical standards and codes
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% for site visits on the projects you manage
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong verbal communication and written skills required
- Positive attitude and ready to meet any challenge
