Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ACST 20 hours per week
About the Role:
We re looking for a creative and resultsdriven Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. In this role you ll take charge of creating and managing content across multiple platforms driving engagement and helping us tell our brand story in compelling ways. This is a parttime position with the opportunity to grow into a fulltime role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation
Develop curate and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook TikTok Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
Write compelling copy for posts blogs articles and other marketing content
Collaborate with graphic designers to deliver highquality visuals that align with our brand

2. Social Media Management
Monitor trends and engagement metrics across platforms
Schedule and publish content with a consistent and engaging brand voice
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally

3. Strategy Development
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals
Conduct market research to spot trends and engagement opportunities

4. Analytics and Reporting
Track performance of social campaigns and content initiatives
Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Creative thinker who s uptodate with digital and social trends
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in a similar parttime or remote role
- Are skilled in Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Have experience growing communities on emerging platforms like TikTok
