Job Description

This is a remote position.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Real Estate Administrative & Data Assistant to support a property development company in optimizing their CRM database. The primary responsibility is to work through a large volume of property leads (17000) identify genuine sales opportunities and refine a process to consistently extract quality leads from the data. This is a permanent workfromhome position ideal for someone with experience in CRM management data analysis and customer service.


JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work within various real estate CRM systems to review and process lead data.

  • Analyze contacts and property information to determine which entries are viable sales leads.

  • Identify and suggest patterns or data points that indicate highquality prospects.

  • Refine and apply processes for lead qualification continuously improving how genuine leads are identified.

  • Use real estate tools to gather details on properties (e.g. who owns them when they were bought or sold etc.).

  • Assist in reaching out to prospects via phone as needed to gather missing information or qualify interest.

  • Collaborate closely with the client to provide insights and adjust strategies based on results.

  • Support ongoing longterm database cleanup and optimization efforts

  • Support ongoing administrative tasks and provide ad hoc assistance as needed.



Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with CRMs (property or real estate CRMs is a strong advantage).

  • Strong data processing and analysis skills.

  • Customer service or phonebased support experience is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot trends in data.

  • Selfstarter who is comfortable working independently and refining processes.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Comfortable using real estate software and navigating property records.
