Patriot Holdings is a real estate investment company. We buy and manage self-storage facilities mobile home parks and small industrial buildings across the U.S. Our goal is to find good deals improve the properties and manage them long-term.
About the Role
Were looking for someone to help us figure out how much to offer when were thinking about buying a property. Most of the time these properties will be self-storage but sometimes theyll be mobile home parks or industrial buildings.
We already have the financial model builtyou dont need to create anything from scratch. Your job will be to take numbers from documents (like profit and loss statements rent rolls or tax info) and plug them into our spreadsheet. Youll also help us research what competing properties are charging for rent either by checking websites or making a few quick phone calls.
What Youll Do
- Enter numbers from seller documents into our model (income and expenses)
- Look up competitor rental rates online or by calling
- Help research local market data (like typical rents and costs)
- Organize info and help us decide if a deal is good or not
What Were Looking For
- Someone interested in real estate
- Basic knowledge of things like income expenses and property value
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Very detail-oriented and reliable
- Can work independently and follow instructions
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience looking at real estate deals or helping analyze properties
- Knowledge of self-storage mobile home parks or industrial properties
- Experience using tools like Radius CoStar or Yardi
