Who Were Looking For:
Were on the hunt for a Technical Recruiter whos just as passionate about people as they are about technology. Youre the kind of person who knows that Java isnt just coffee who can spot a DevOps genius in a sea of generalists and who understands that cultural fit is just as important as the tech stack.
This role is all about owning the recruitment process endtoend from saying hi to saying youre hired and being a true partner to our clients and candidates.

Requirements What Youll Be Doing (aka your future daytoday):
- FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for technical roles including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn job boards social media networking) to proactively source and engage highquality candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications cultural fit and technical skills.
- Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- DataDriven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. timetofill source of hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media events and other branding initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1 years of experience in tech recruitment agency or inhouse youve done the hustle.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and how to assess them (software infrastructure cloud etc.).
- Advanced sourcing skills you know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter ATS tools and Boolean magic.
- Clear communication persuasive storytelling and the ability to build rapport with anyone anywhere.
- Agility to thrive in a fastpaced startupstyle environment.
- Creative mindset and a natural problemsolver you dont wait for answers you find them.
