Supporting globally recognised brands across retail ecommerce automotive and more youll be the day to day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.18 accounts worth 1mil ARR.
Joining the existing team of 3 youll focus on platform usage performance and critically storytelling turning data into insight!
Responsibility wise youll manage everything post onboarding and work closely with the senior team and/or sales function when it comes to the heavier commercial conversations (contract renewals and account growth). Youll have accountability but be fully supported to deliver!
